Air Mauritius Counter for premium check-in at 12 Euros per person
- A fast track hotel check-in service is at your disposal at the hotel. This service
will help you spend the minimum time possible in the departure hall of the
airport, by avoiding long queues. For your airport transfer, kindly contact
White Sand Tours desk in the lobby.
Caddies
- Caddies will be available for all players for Legend only. The cost will be Rs 300
per day paid directly to the caddies.
Courtesy bags
- These should be collected at the conference center at Constance Belle Mare
Plage during registration between Friday 5th & Monday 8th December from
9h00 to 17h00. Players at Constance Le Prince Maurice should contact guest
relations at the hotel.
Doctor
- A doctor will be on call via the tournament office.
Entry Fees
- All applicable entry fees of Belle Mare Plage and Prince Maurice guests will be
placed on the competitor’s room account upon reception of the golf pack at the
conference room. Competitors not staying at the hotel should pay by credit
card or cash (Euro) at the Legend clubhouse before commencement of play.
Fitness
- Fitness centers are open daily as from 08h00 until 20h00.
Golf Bags
- Golf bags may be left for storage overnight at the Legend, Links and Concierge
storage area. Players will be responsible for their own bag transfer between golf
courses.
Golf Cars on the Legend Course
- Golf cars will be allowed to those players of 60 years and over, or on production
of an up-to-date doctor’s certificate.
Pace of play
- In the interests of all competitors, slow play will be severely dealt with in the form of two shot penalties.
Players’ Catering
- As from Tuesday 09th December, Continental breakfast will be served in the
restaurant as from 6h30 to 10h00.
- Lunch tickets will be handed at the entrance of Legend and Links’ restaurants
as from 11h00 to 17h00.
Player’s Information desk
- The players Information Desk will be available at the hotel reception for further
queries.
Refreshments
- Sandwiches will be available on the 1st and 10th holes. There will be water spots
on the Legend Golf Course on holes 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 13, 14, 16, 18. Golf cars at
the Links have Ice boxes.
Shirt
- We would ask all players to wear the Mauritius Open shirt while playing.
Shiseido Pavillon
- The Shiseido Pavillon offers a selection of treatments for men and ladies
including: Body care, Face care and beauty treatments.
Shuttle Service from 7h00 to 19h00 as from 9th to 14th December 2008
- Constance Belle Mare Plage / Legend Golf / Links Golf
A continuous shuttle between Constance Belle Mare Plage and the Legend and
the Links will be at your disposal
- Constance Le Prince Maurice / Links Golf / Legend Golf / Constance Le Prince Maurice
A shuttle will leave the hotel and the Legend Golf every half hour every day.
These buses will stop at Links.
Sun
- The sun in December is extremely strong. It is not advised to play without sun
cream and a hat. Caution should also be taken on the beach.
Tee Off Times
- Tee off times will be available daily at the hotels and golf clubs at 20h00.
